Special art is  Off-set Lithographs that is not signed or numbered.  Many artist call them over runs and normally the art is not for sale. The value of the art is the same as an open stock print.  The art will look exactly the same as a regular Off-set 

Lithograph however the lithograph will not be signed or numbered

by the artist.
